王华磊,男,理学博士,yl8858永利集团教授,博士生导师。现任中国轻工业生物催化与智能制造重点实验室副主任,生物反应器工程全国重点实验室固定人员。 2004年和2007年于中国海洋大学分别获得学士和硕士学位,2013yl88858永利中国生物化学与分子生物学专业博士学位

主要从事生物催化与生物合成方向,在医药、农药、化妆品、食品添加剂等的酶法合成路线设计、多酶级联体系构建、酶人工创制等方面做了大量的研究工作并推动多个产品实现产业化落地。主持国家自然科学基金3项、国家重点研发计划子课题2项及多项企业课题,总经费近2000余万元。在Angew Chem Int EdChem Commun, J Agric Food Chem等主流期刊发表论文50余篇(4篇封面文章),申请发明专利24项,授权16项(含国际专利1项)。获中石化联合会特等奖1项(排名2)、上海市科学技术奖励一等奖3项(排名2813中国农药工业协会技术创新一等奖1项(排名2)。获2022年度上海市生物工程学会东富龙生物工程优秀青年科学家奖。


研究方向:

1. 工业酶精准发掘:

开发基于定向宏基因组技术深度挖掘特殊环境微生物基因资源;建立基于公共数据库的普适性、底物特异性/高浓度耐受性的酶精准挖掘策略;拓展基于进化机制溯源的具新催化功能酶的理性发掘手段。

2. 工业酶人工定制:

采用QM/MM 联合MD深入揭示酶催化机制;开发基于机制引导的“限速过渡态重塑”虚拟改造技术;拓展针对底物/活性口袋特征匹配的个性化定制方案略;建立基于机器学习(AI)的酶结构-功能智能预测与理性设计手段。

3. 工业酶应用技术开发:

开发多酶级联协同增效技术;开发空间有序多酶定量自组装技术;开发多酶/辅酶共固定化技术;开发生物催化低成本、规模化及清洁化生产技术,实现医药、农药、化工、食品、材料等高值产品的工艺开发并其产业化落地。
