个人简介:

yl8858永利集团,特聘副研究员。20229月博士毕业于yl88858永利中国叶邦策教授课题组,同年留校进行博士后研究,入选上海市“超级博士后”激励计划,202510博士后出站留校任教。研究方向医学合成生物学,聚焦智能化肠道微生物设计与疾病诊疗应用研究。近年来以第一/通讯(含共同)作者在Cell Host & Microbe(高被引论文)、Adv. Sci.Gut Microbes.ACS Synth. Biol.等高水平期刊发表论文十余篇。相关工作由Nat. Rev. MicrobiolNat. Chem. BiolCell Host & Microbe等权威期刊亮点报道。申请国家发明专利10项,授权3项。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、中国博士后科学基金特别资助,面上项目)及国家重点研发计划子课题等国家及省部级项目6项。研究工作入选2023年中国肠道大会肠道菌群研究十大成果,获2025年中国生物工程学会合成未来-青年科学家,入选创新项目。

 

研究方向:

智能化肠道微生物设计与疾病诊疗应用研究

通过多组学分析技术挖掘并构建肠道信息分子传感元件库,解析其信号转导机制;建立基于AI的基因传感与计算线路工程化设计新方法,提升系统适配性性能开发集成感知-计算-响应回路的智能化肠道微生物并探索其在重大肠道疾病(肠道炎症,结直肠癌及代谢性疾病等)精准闭环诊疗中的应用潜力。
